ARB Under Vehicle Protection panels are designed to give protection to vital underbody components including steering, engine sump, transmission and transfer case. Laser cut, press formed and folded 3mm sheet steel is used in ARB UVP to provide superior strength. The ARB UVP to suit the Ford Bronco consist of four carefully designed panels. The front, sump and transmission and transfer case panels bolt directly to the chassis to provide continuous under vehicle protection from the front bumper to the rear of the transfer case. Each UVP panel includes a return edge to add strength to the 3mm panel. To retain the strength and protection required of an ARB UVP, full vehicle servicing will require the removal and refit of panels to obtain access to drain plugs and other service points. This provides an opportunity to check for damage and buildup of dirt and foreign matter. Provision is provided to drain engine oil only with removable insert in the second panel. ARB's UVP will fit with or without an ARB front bumper. Fitment has not been confirmed with other bumper designs.

  1. Delivery Times

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times vary depending on your shipping location and carrier partner, but typically range from 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can track your package's delivery status.

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@d4offroad.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been processed and shipped.

  1. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@d4offroad.com so we can investigate and file a claim with our carrier partner. Please include your order number and a description of the issue in your email.

Shipping Policy for D4 Offroad

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases from our website. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund. You can reach us via email at info@d4offroad.com.

  2. Please provide your name, order number, and reason for the return.

  3. Our customer service team will provide instructions for returning the product to us.

  4. Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

  • Shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or was shipped in error.

  • Refunds will not include any shipping or handling fees paid on the original order, unless the product arrived damaged or was shipped in error.

  • Refunds will not include any gift wrap or gift card costs associated with the original order.

  • D4 Offroad reserves the right to charge a 5% restocking fee on all returned goods.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet the above conditions.
